Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
A unit is any rentable space you manage — an apartment, a house, a commercial space, or any other tenanted property. We count the units you have set up in TenantOps, not the number of active requests.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and give you options to upgrade. We won't cut off access without warning.
